SST Beta 0.13 (a.k.a. Sourdough Starter Tainted)
Yet another bugfix release. Fixed some feature init error cases and also
some plugin_load and plugin_unload hook error cases. Not very exciting.
Named in loving memory of the sourdough I tried to get going that went
moldy during a weekend away. Long live the next one, when I can be
bothered trying again.
