SST Beta 0.17 (a.k.a. Shrouded Scalar Troubleshot)
... Hi again.
The OE support added in 0.15 necessarily changed how we handle hiding
and unhiding cvars. This led to sst_mouse_factor being inadvertently
hidden, which breaks toggle binds, apparently.
This is just a fix for that.
