SST Beta 0.11 (a.k.a. Saboteur Strikes Thrice)

Only after screwing up 0.9 and releasing 0.10 immediately after, I
received the news that I screwed something else up so here's another
one.

It just fixes the addon fix stuff for L4D2, which I had totally borked
while attempting to clean up Hayden's original patch.

Root cause: I never test stuff properly. Solution: next release will
have automated tests run against every supported game and version.
